Gerie is a California native, born and raised in Northern California. Gerie is an Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) with a specialization in incorporated business entities with over 20 years of experience as a legal professional.
Gerie possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a specialization in accounting and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree (Certified Public Accountant program).
In addition to her paralegal certification, Gerie is a California Notary Public, licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and California Registered Tax Preparer.
Gerie’s areas of practical experience include business and corporate law, civil litigation, real estate, land use, environmental law, enforcement of judgments, estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, intellectual property, and tax law.
Gerie has experience assisting attorneys with cases before, state, federal, appellate courts (including the United States Supreme Court), and various administrative agencies.
