Mr. McNamara is a graduate of San Diego State University who went on to graduate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Prior to practicing law Mr. McNamara was a Licensed Landscape Contractor.

He has been practicing for over thirty years with an emphasis in Real Estate & Construction Law, among other things. Mr. McNamara is an experienced Trial Attorney and Litigator who is also experienced in the drafting of contracts and complex real estate agreements.

Mr. McNamara is experienced in Company Formation (LLCs, Partnerships & Corporations), Real Estate Transactions, Landlord Tenant Law, Failure To Disclose, Contract Disputes, Estate Planning, Construction Defects and Real Property Disputes, including disputes with Homeowners Associations.
