Gregory P. Wayland is a Managing Attorney at Attorneys Real Estate Group, APC, and focuses his practice area on real estate litigation and transactions. A graduate of McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, Greg has practiced law in the greater Sacramento area for more than a decade.
In addition to his real estate experience, Greg has also served as a city attorney and deputy city attorney representing the Cities of Vacaville and Amador City, California. As well, Greg served as a deputy county counsel, and later launched and directed a land-use department for the County of Calaveras.
Greg’s legal experience in and outside of the court room as an advocate, administrator, and as a settlement conference attorney/judge pro tem for the El Dorado County Superior Court, gives him the ability to achieve intelligent, cost-effective results where issues can be resolved without resort to litigation.
However, where the client’s objectives are best served through litigation, Greg’s tireless work ethic and skill in the litigation process ensure that he is ready to achieve results in the court room as well.
In his free time, Greg enjoys tackling 14,000 ft peaks, most recently summitting Mt. Rainier, in addition to scuba diving, golf, and spending time with his family.
