Brian Clark
Partner
Brian is a licensed attorney in the state of California and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University Of Minnesota School Of Law.
He also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a finance emphasis from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
In addition to his California based law firm – Attorneys Real Estate Group, APC – Brian has been in the real estate finance business for the past 15 years.
He currently owns a California based residential and commercial real estate and mortgage company – Attorneys Funding Group, Inc.
Over the course of his career he has overseen thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Harman Randhawa
Partner
Harman Randhawa is a real estate attorney and partner of Attorneys Real Estate Group, APC. He brings both a broad knowledge base and a depth of experience in real estate law, real estate transactions, and loans – both residential and commercial.
Being involved in real estate law from a transaction and litigation standpoint, Harman has experience with: partition suits, title disputes, deed transfers, For-Sale-By-Owner transactions, promissory notes, deeds of trust, seller financing, corporate formation, LLC’s, residential and commercial sales.
As such, working with title and escrow companies on a regular basis has enabled him to successfully close several complex transactions.
Harman holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine in Economics; a Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law; and has an active Realtor license under Attorneys Real Estate Group, APC; and a loan officer licensed under Attorneys Funding Group.
Ruby Bitzer
Partner
Ruby Bitzer is a McGeorge School of Law graduate and specializes in Business and Real Estate at Attorneys Real Estate Group.
With a decade of experience in law firms, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to serve her clients in both transactional and litigation matters.
Ruby currently serves as General Counsel for several businesses and has experience in business formations and disputes.
She also brings experience with Real Estate Disputes such as Partitions, Title disputes, Post-Judgment divorce property complications and much more.
Ruby has been featured as a rising star amongst other publications in law.
Julia Young
Senior Associate
Julia Young’s duties at Attorneys Real Estate Group focuses on matters involving partitions, failure to disclose, landlord tenant issues, and easements.
Ms. Young’s focus is always on trying to resolve the matter as expeditiously as possible to save her clients costs and time.
Ms. Young is a skilled negotiator and understands the nuances involved in resolving cases to get the best possible results.
However, she is not afraid to take any case to trial if that is in the client’s best interest.
Having years of court experience allows Ms. Young to navigate the details of jury selection and presentation of evidence.
There is nothing she loves more than to present her client’s case in front of a jury or a judge and get winning results.
